15 Lesson Plans
The main thing. Full member-facing material, ready to print or project. From self-examination and active reading, through the Code, Core 5, habits, leadership, marriage, stewardship and mission.
Sanctified Man is a year-long discipleship program built to be run by your church, by your leaders, in your context. Everything you need is provided — free.
Most pastors feel three problems at once and don't have time to name them. The discipleship gap — men who believe the gospel but aren't being walked through what belief looks like in their marriages, phones, finances, and prayer lives. The leadership pipeline crisis — no formal mechanism for moving a man from regular attender to spiritually qualified to lead. The cultural collapse of biblical manhood — men shaped by phones and despair instead of work, marriage, and fatherhood under God.
Sanctified Man is one tool, among others, built to address all three. It's a year-long, structured arc — designed so ordinary faithful men can run it, pass it on, and raise up the next set of leaders for your church. The goal isn't to build a brand. It's to build men who build others.
"What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also."
— 2 Timothy 2:2
Not a teaser. Not a sample. The full kit — enough to run a year cleanly without asking us a single question. Built this way on purpose: the program travels further when we're not the bottleneck.
The main thing. Full member-facing material, ready to print or project. From self-examination and active reading, through the Code, Core 5, habits, leadership, marriage, stewardship and mission.
The companion to the lesson plans. Session-by-session teaching notes, discussion prompts, container checks, collision questions — everything a leader needs to actually run it.
Slide decks for every session. Drop in your church's logo or run as-is.
Habits, Active Prayer, Reform Tool, Assessments, and the full Lesson Library. On the web, App Store and Google Play.
Weekly reflection and application questions. Every session opens with men reporting honestly on what happened since the last one.
Logos, posters, OG images, social templates, run-sheets. Drop them into your church's social channels.
These aren't invented — they're distilled. Every one has been built, tested, and refined inside real groups of men over the last several years.
Four non-negotiables: Truth, Lead, Connected, Progress. The operating principles every Sanctified Man commits to.
Communion, Connection, Career, Capacity, Community. Every area of a man's life — no silos, no exceptions.
Intentional culture where transformation happens. Be Present. Be Ready to Be Challenged. Don't Teach. Make Progress.
Seven biblical tests for evaluating whether what a man believes God is telling him aligns with Scripture, character, and how God has always led His people.
A structured way to resist conformity to the world (Romans 12:2) — identify unbiblical narratives and intentionally replace them with truth shaped by Scripture.
Teach → Type → Talk → Train. Every session moves through the same cycle. Doctrine ends in practice, not just knowledge.
Without it, men perform. With it, men collide with truth — and collision is where growth happens. The Container is built on three things: Environment, Format, and Rules. The Rules are set on night one and held for the whole year.
Full attention. Phones away. Mind engaged. Heart open. No growth from a place you won't enter.
Growth requires friction. If nothing confronts you, you are either not listening or not being honest.
Share from your own life. No lecturing, no unsolicited advice, no fixing. The Holy Spirit does the teaching.
Showing up is not enough. Take something away, apply it, report honestly the next week. Stagnation is not an option.
Groups meet weekly or fortnightly. The other six days matter more. The app keeps the framework at arm's reach so the practice actually happens — Monday morning, not just Sunday night.
Daily habits across all five Core domains — set, track, and repent together.
Pray through the Core 5 daily, with Scripture prompts and simple journaling.
A structured way to replace unbiblical thought patterns with truth shaped by Scripture (Romans 12:2).
Self-assessment against biblical leadership qualifications from 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5 — not pass/fail, but godliness targets to grow toward.
All 16 lessons, Scripture, and homework at your men's fingertips between sessions.
The program, the resources, and the app are free for churches to use. We may ask churches that adopt the program to share their context and feedback so we can keep improving the resources.
Most useful for pastors who can identify men ready to step into formation but don't have a coherent program to run them through. If you have 6–10 men you'd like to raise up this year, this is for you.
Be honest with yourself before you start. To run this well, you'll need:

"Christ Central was the first church to run Sanctified Man — in both the Standard format (Thursday nights) and the Forge format (fortnightly Fridays)."
Be among the first cohort of partner churches outside Brisbane. We're intentionally keeping the partner list small and well supported.
